We regret to inform you that video equipment is not available in any of our rooms. We kindly request you to come prepared with all the necessary equipment required to ensure the success of your shoot. This policy applies to all our rooms. Please plan accordingly for your upcoming shoot.
If you need to cancel your booking, no worries! Just remember, if you give us a heads up at least 48 hours in advance, we’ll be more than happy to issue you a full refund. Now, if you realize between 24 and 48 hours that you won’t be able to make it, we can still offer you a partial refund. However, if it’s within 24 hours of your scheduled time, we won’t be able to provide any refunds. Thanks for understanding!

Hours of Operation for Non-Members: If you’re a non-member, we kindly request that you plan your booking within our operating hours of 9 am to 5 pm. This helps us maintain a secure and supervised environment for everyone.
